How the Referral Process Works
To make the process seamless, follow these steps:
1. Do NOT apply before your referral is submitted
Please ensure you haven’t applied to your desired role before requesting a referral. Applying beforehand can limit your chances of standing out as a referred candidate and can potentially eliminate the your opportunity for a quick foot in the door. This is step number one because it is frankly the most important.
Pro Tip: This doesn’t only apply to the Suited for Success network - these rules typically apply as an industry standard. Help yourself out and go slow to move very fast 😉
2. Provide a Digital Link to Your Resume
Upload your resume via a cloud-based platform (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, iCloud, Box, etc) and share the link in the form below. This ensures we can store your information efficiently AND securely. Resumes will not be shared with anyone except for hiring partners.
Pro Tip: I would highly recommend naming your file something that represnts you. Whether we like to believe it or not, the more clean and clear your naming convention looks, the more “readied for tech” your recruiting team may think you appear to be. Please take the .5 seconds to pay attention to this very small detail and edit the name of your resume.

3. Identify Your Role(s) of Interest
Specify the job titles and include the Requisition Number (Rec #) if available. Open to multiple roles or locations? Let us know to maximize your opportunities.
Pro Tip: Many companies are RTO (return to office) right now and will strategically be accepting applications where their office hubs are filled first. If you are in the same time zone as an office hub location, I’d recommend shooting your shot!
Please also note that most companies have a maximum number of roles that current employees can refer them to so choose your roles wisely. I’d recommend choosing only 2 roles at a time so you spare yourself the opportunity to apply later on in the year should you miss your first shots.
4. Share Why You’re the Perfect Fit
Provide a brief statement about your qualifications and why you’d be a good fit for the role. We’ll use this to create a compelling referral on your behalf. Share your enthusiasm for the role and what you would say if you were going to refer yourself. This is your time to shine and brag about why you’d be a great fit!
Pro Tip: Please do not make this difficult for us. We are hustling to get your foot in the door. Please make this very easy for our team to refer you without having to do our own digging around.

You’ll receive a notification from the hiring company once you’re officially submitted.
You may connect with the person that referred you for additional insider information if you both mutually agree.
